Our client is a full-service digital agency with over 12 years experience delivering creative campaigns and technology solutions to blue chip clients globally. They have successfully delivered over 3500 projects for more than 200 organisations across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and Australia.
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Lead ASP.Net (C#) development projects ('best practice' design and development)
 
- Foster team communication
 
- Mentor junior staff
 
- Contribute to team process and skill improvement
 
- Contribute to product development and strategy.
 
Essential Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant commercial experience (C#/ASP.NET).
 
- Excellent communication skills
 
Technology Requirements:
 
- ASP.Net v2.0/3.5, C#
- SQL Server 2000/2005, T-SQL
- AJAX / XML / Web Services / HTML / CSS / Javascript
- Source Control (e.g VSS, Subversion, TFS)
- Code Generation / Testing (e.g Code Smith, Nunit)
 
Preferred Skills:

- Microsoft Certification (MCP / MCPD)
- Silverlight
- Digital Agency Experience
